📋 Description
• The National Distribution VP will be responsible for managing an external sales team • Responsible for management of National Account VPs and downstream sales team • Responsible for coordinating the development of business plans for each key account • Oversee wholesaling effectiveness within each Power Partner • Manage assigned budget • Identify, source, and on-board potential new key accounts • Assist in the coordination/partnership of primary activities of the internal sales team • Generate monthly reports and deliver ad hoc projects • Work with key internal partners • Represent life sales as delegate on various committees or project teams • Partner with and support our partners at Peak Altitude Equity • Responsible for creating team goals
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required • Minimum 10 years of experience in the life business • Minimum of 4 years of experience as sales leader in the life business with a focus on sales and marketing • Industry designations of CLU, ChFC, CFP, FLMI, MSM are recommended
