Description

The purpose of this role is to enhance, develop and drive forward our data services into new and exciting spaces, remove friction of use whilst working with Product marketing on uptake of the existing portfolio. Duties will include acting as the Product Owner working primarily with the members, member success and technology team to translate Cifas’ vision into product strategy as well as the identification and launch of new product capabilities. A key part will be in spotting new opportunities, identify new fraud patterns and deliver solutions that increase adoption and attraction of our services.

Requirements

Skills - Demonstrable experience in end-to-end product ownership Experience – 5+ years’ experience in product ownership Knowledge – Thorough understanding product management methodologies and agile working practices Proven ability to manage a large stakeholder network comprised of diverse roles and personal interests. Demonstrated ability to build credibility, trust, and influence at all levels. Evidenced experience in managing data centric services. Strong Product management/owner skills, knowledge of data services and experience working for a B2B enterprise software as a service provider ideally in the financial crime, fraud or identity areas. Ability to manage multiple products at once, project management experience. Drive innovation through data analysis. Ability to work at the strategic level (e.g. generating innovative ideas and new use cases for growth) and at the tactical level (e.g. product readiness and sales enablement). Familiarity with Financial crime, Fraud prevention and/or the Digital Identity markets. Knowledge of forums or member organisations Articulate, personable and professional with very strong communication skills. Strong communication, analytical and organisation skills, the ability to work cross-functionally and leverage teams across the business to implement the strategy. Meticulous attention to detail, excellent stakeholder management, and the capacity to work across multiple areas simultaneously. Excellent communication approach with engaging written skills, works effectively within a team, understands the impact of own actions on colleagues.
