📋 Description

• CIM is a community-focused real estate and infrastructure owner, operator, lender, and developer. • The General Manager will be responsible for managing, directing, and coordinating operations for the assigned asset(s) and ensuring corporate and ownership objectives are met. • Achieve results through direct supervision of consultants and operations teams as well as collaboration with development, accounting, risk management, investments, and portfolio oversight departments to realize stated goals and objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 7-10 years’ experience in property/asset management in the commercial real estate industry. • California Real Estate license. Industry certifications (i.e. IREM, BOMA, CCIM, ICSC) preferred. • Experience preferred dealing with state, regional or local water regulatory agencies, or other utility agencies or control boards.
