β€’ The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, a keen eye for compliance, be flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. β€’ The role demands a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to lead the contract administration of Corner Alliance’s client engagements. β€’ The Contract Manager will independently execute complex tasks requiring expertise in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), contract law, and company policies. β€’ Key responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating contracts (NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and prime contracts) to ensure compliance, legality, and alignment with business goals. β€’ The position supports business growth by providing competitive data, pricing strategies, and compliance guidance, while maintaining CMMI and ISO certification standards. β€’ The Contract Manager collaborates closely with the consulting delivery teams, sales team, contract partners, and Contract Officers across client engagements to achieve results.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of experience in contracts management, with experience supporting Federal contracts. β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. β€’ Strong understanding of the FAR, DFARs, and other agency supplements. β€’ Experiential understanding of stand-alone, BOA, BPA, IDIQ, and MAS contracts. β€’ Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. β€’ Ability to build collaborative business relationships both internal to the company and with external customers. β€’ Ability to negotiate professionally and independently. β€’ Demonstrated Federal contract portfolio of 20+ engagements. β€’ Demonstrated high adoption of automation and AI strategies specific to Contract Management. β€’ High degree of professionalism. β€’ Must possess excellent written and verbal skills and be exceptionally detail oriented. β€’ US citizenship.
