🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing operations, email marketing, automation, or related. • Hands-on experience in HubSpot and Salesforce CRM. HubSpot certification preferred. • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Asana preferred. • Proven experience in email marketing strategy, execution, and optimization. Familiarity with compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA). • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, report on campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions. • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Self-motivated, innovative, and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities. • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
