📋 Description

• Armstrong Transport Group is a third-party logistics provider headquartered in Charlotte, NC. • We create seamless connections for shippers and carriers while delivering exceptional customer experiences. • We’re seeking a highly skilled Cross-Border Operations Specialist to manage cross-border freight operations for Mexico.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required) • Previous operations experience in cross-border Mexico freight (required) • Proven experience in carrier sales, including capacity sourcing and rate negotiation • Strong understanding of U.S.-Mexico customs processes and logistics regulations • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities • Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field highly preferred.
