📋 Description
• Support IFM strategic KPIs and create cohesive, scalable processes • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and business partners • Assist in preparation of IFM market, personnel, fleet information • Dissect processes to construct improvement recommendations • Manage project work to ensure timely launch • Conduct audits and inspections to document processes • Review workplace systems/processes for continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, Adobe Acrobat, and GSuite conferencing • Minimum of 5+ years’ administrative support or operational coordinator experience required • Understanding of Facilities Management a plus • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
