• We are seeking a data-driven and analytical Senior Demand Analyst to join our Demand Operations team. • Reporting to the Head of Demand Operations, this role will be crucial in analyzing and forecasting all demand for Brandwatch, providing data-driven recommendations, predictions, and insights to optimize our demand generation strategies and overall business performance. • The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, expertise in data manipulation and visualization, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • They will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, MIS or related field) • 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment • Advanced proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation • Expertise in either Python or R • Experience with Machine Learning, including building and deploying models • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data in an understandable manner • Excellent communicator • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data analysis • Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team • Curious and always seeking to uncover insights from data • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively • Master's degree in a quantitative field • Experience in demand generation or revenue operations • Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms • Knowledge of statistical modeling and forecasting techniques • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
