Description

• Work closely with P&C Manager and hiring managers to create job descriptions and recruitment strategies; • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from outreach and interviews to offer negotiation; • Proactively source and identify top technical talent through various channels; • Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain clear communication; • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness;

Requirements

• Advanced English level. • Previous experience with a complete recruitment cycle; • Previous experience with tech positions; • Ability to qualify a candidate and understand their strengths. • Excellent communication skills; • Strong organizational skills; • Applicants must live in Brazil, have a Brazilian bank account, be legally allowed to provide services to a Brazilian entity and willingness to receive in Brazilian local currency (Real R$) • Previous experience with Attraction Tracking System (Trakstar, Kenoby, Workable, or others);
