📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end customer journey: pre-sales, active sales, and post-sales. • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers, running demos and closing deals. • Guide customers through onboarding and ensure they see value from our product quickly. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling renewals, expansions, and upsells. • Develop and refine sales and success processes, helping us scale efficiently. • Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and shape our roadmap. • Experiment with different GTM strategies, leveraging both outbound and inbound efforts. • Define and track key metrics such as revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success. • Skilled at discovery, running product demos, and value selling. • Comfortable discussing both technical solutions and business outcomes with customers. • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment. • Strong communicator and relationship builder with a customer-first mindset. • Passionate about AI, automation, and improving sales/customer workflows. • Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools, AI products, or sales automation software. • Bonus: Early-stage startup experience.
