β€’ Own the end-to-end customer journey: pre-sales, active sales, and post-sales. β€’ Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers, running demos and closing deals. β€’ Guide customers through onboarding and ensure they see value from our product quickly. β€’ Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling renewals, expansions, and upsells. β€’ Develop and refine sales and success processes, helping us scale efficiently. β€’ Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and shape our roadmap. β€’ Experiment with different GTM strategies, leveraging both outbound and inbound efforts. β€’ Define and track key metrics such as revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Experienced in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success. β€’ Skilled at discovery, running product demos, and value selling. β€’ Comfortable discussing both technical solutions and business outcomes with customers. β€’ A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment. β€’ Strong communicator and relationship builder with a customer-first mindset. β€’ Passionate about AI, automation, and improving sales/customer workflows. β€’ Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools, AI products, or sales automation software. β€’ Bonus: Early-stage startup experience.
