β€’ Due to growth, we are adding a Sales Executive to EpiphanyRx. β€’ Our idea candidate will be in West Coast time zone. β€’ The Sales Executive will manage the entire scope of the sales process for new EpiphanyRx business. β€’ The Sales Executive will work with Executive Sales leadership to develop and execute market strategies. β€’ The Sales Executive is responsible for all phases of the sales process through finalist presentation and signed contract. β€’ Key contacts will include prospective clients, channel partners, and internal teams. β€’ The role requires a deep knowledge of both the technical and marketing sides of the business.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Candidate to reside in PST of MST time zone β€’ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or multiple years of equivalent/relevant experience is required. β€’ An MBA is preferred β€’ PBM experience is strongly preferred β€’ Experience and expertise in new product development and a track record of tangible success, including leadership and team collaboration/relationship-building/management is essential β€’ Must be able to exercise appropriate judgment as necessary β€’ Position requires a high level of initiative and creativity β€’ Must be able to effectively prepare and manage meetings and presentations both personally and technically β€’ Technology expertise must include Excel, Word and PowerPoint at a minimum β€’ Experience with CRM package (Siebel, Act, Oracle, Salesforce.com) is desirable β€’ Managed healthcare benefit background with exposure to PBM is highly desirable β€’ Direct PBM experience is a plus β€’ Demonstrated experience in health care sales, account strategies, and meeting facilitation and presentation development are essential β€’ Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives β€’ The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
