Description

• Responsible for searching and analyzing technologies for patentability. • Perform comprehensive searches and write opinions based on prior art. • Maintain proficiency with patent and technical publication databases. • Follow Clarivate’s Code of Business Ethics and Corporate Conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Methods, Telecommunications, Physics, or Electrical Engineering. • At least 1 year of patent examining or searching experience. • At least 1 year of experience developing search methodology using ProQuest Dialog and IP.com. • U.S. citizenship or legal residency for at least two previous years. • Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance. • Master’s or PhD is a plus. • At least 3 years of prior patent experience. • In-depth knowledge of technical literature in engineering, software, and business methods. • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
