Description

β€’ Our customer service representative will provide product/services information and resolve client problems. β€’ The best CSRs are tolerant, empathetic, and intensely communicative. β€’ They love to talk and can advocate for clients when necessary. β€’ Gather customer feedback and provide exceptional service standards and high customer satisfaction. β€’ Handle high amounts of incoming calls and produce sales leads. β€’ Manage complaints, provide solutions, follow up to secure resolution.

Requirements

β€’ MUST HAVE OWN EQUIPMENT β€’ Must work at least 15 hours a week. β€’ Must pack a background check. β€’ Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities β€’ Customer orientation and capacity to adapt/respond to different types of characters β€’ Exceptional communication and presentation skills β€’ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
