β’ This is a remote position. β’ We are looking for an outstanding Customer Success Manager to join our team to provide excellent support for our clients. β’ The position will ensure the success of our clients by providing support throughout their journey with ClearDesk talent. β’ Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and providing strategic guidance. β’ Churn Protection: act as a trusted agent of change to support our clients in achieving the right level of user adoption. β’ Customer Trusted Advisor: Develop and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. β’ Expansion: Identify opportunities for account growth and work closely with clients to influence and accelerate expansions. β’ Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the company to drive continuous improvement. β’ Reporting: Monitor customer health metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). β’ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, recruitment, and support teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
β’ Bachelor's Degree Holder β’ 3-5 years experience working in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related role β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills β’ Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from customer data β’ Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application. β’ Professional-level English (written and verbal) β’ Hardware Requirements β’ At least a 720p HD Webcam. β’ A noise-canceling headset. β’ At least a 35mbps primary internet connection. β’ A backup laptop, backup internet connection device, and backup power supply in case of power outage and emergencies. β’ Minimum recommendation for your main computer: Intel Core i5 or equivalent with 8 GB RAM or higher β’ Minimum recommended for your backup computer: Intel Core i3, 4 GB RAM
