β’ This is a remote position. β’ We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Marketing Assistant to support daily operations, document management, marketing, and client outreach. β’ The ideal candidate must have a real estate background, strong organizational skills, and experience with CRM tools and digital marketing. β’ Create and manage social media content to boost engagement. β’ Schedule posts and maintain brand consistency. β’ Design graphics using Canva. β’ Automate marketing processes. β’ Format and send newsletters using templates. β’ Assist with prospecting and expanding the client database. β’ Update and manage CRM (Cloze) to track leads. β’ Respond to client inquiries and follow up on leads. β’ Draft, proofread, and format real estate documents. β’ Organize digital files in Dropbox. β’ Send personalized cards and small gifts. β’ Schedule meetings and manage calendars. β’ Provide general administrative support.
