📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Marketing Assistant to support daily operations, document management, marketing, and client outreach. • The ideal candidate must have a real estate background, strong organizational skills, and experience with CRM tools and digital marketing. • Create and manage social media content to boost engagement. • Schedule posts and maintain brand consistency. • Design graphics using Canva. • Automate marketing processes. • Format and send newsletters using templates. • Assist with prospecting and expanding the client database. • Update and manage CRM (Cloze) to track leads. • Respond to client inquiries and follow up on leads. • Draft, proofread, and format real estate documents. • Organize digital files in Dropbox. • Send personalized cards and small gifts. • Schedule meetings and manage calendars. • Provide general administrative support.

🎯 Requirements

• College educated • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice) • A real estate background is a must. • Proficiency in Outlook, Cloze (CRM), DesignVault, ActivePipe, Canva, Photoshop, Dropbox, and Zoom. • Marketing and social media expertise, including brand building, content creation, and automation. • Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills. • Creativity and a proactive, self-learner mindset. • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps) • Hardware Requirements • At least a 720p HD Webcam. • A noise-canceling headset. • At least a 25mbps primary internet connection. • A backup laptop, backup internet connection device, and backup power supply in case of power outage and emergencies. • Minimum recommendation for your main computer: Intel Core i5 or equivalent with 8 GB RAM or higher • Minimum recommended for your backup computer: Intel Core i3, 4 GB RAM
