📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined workflows across various departments. • Utilize lean tools and techniques, such as value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement methodologies, to identify and eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve overall productivity. • Conduct thorough process assessments, analyzing existing workflows, identifying pain points, and designing and implementing lean solutions to enhance operational performance. • Deliver training programs to educate employees on lean principles, ensuring widespread adoption and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Collect and analyze data to measure process performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights for ongoing process refinement. • Advance lean methodologies, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the business system office's effectiveness. • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging employee engagement and participation in lean initiatives and process improvement activities. • Support and promote CLEAResult's commitment to sustainable energy solutions and environmental stewardship in all aspects of the business system office's operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in building and implementing lean methodologies and process improvement initiatives within a complex organization. • In-depth knowledge and application of lean tools and techniques, such as value stream mapping, root cause analysis, 5S, and visual management. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and deliver results on time and within budget. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions. • Solid understanding of business systems and processes, including finance, operations, human resources, and customer service. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization. • Experience in training and facilitating workshops on lean methodologies and process improvement. • Passion for CLEAResult's mission of promoting sustainable energy solutions and reducing environmental impact. • Continuous learner mindset, staying updated on the latest lean methodologies and industry trends.
