Description

• Ensure smooth delivery and completion of projects that support the success of our programs • Key responsibilities include data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement • Project processing for the Small Business Direct Install and Instant Discounts offers • Review and approve incentive applications for projects to be completed to ensure that they are correct, and adequately document required data • Produce reports to enhance operational efficiencies • Support Business Lighting phone line and email inbox queue • Work on additional assignments across the Business Lighting program as needed

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ relevant experience, such as customer service and project coordination
