• Epiq’s Cyber Incident Response group is responsible for managing and overseeing review of data exfiltrated in cyber incidents to identify, extract, and report on the individuals whose personal identifying information (PII) and protected health information (PHI) were compromised. • The Project Manager is responsible for initiating new engagement, coordinating data transfer, and performing data identification & reduction processes. • Serve as the first point of contact for clients at the start of every engagement. • Facilitate transferring data between external parties and Epiq. • Lead kick-off calls and provide consultative advice on Cyber Incident Response to customers. • Understand and interpret client requirements within the context of eDiscovery/Cyber Incident Response processes. • Conduct project design meetings and consult with clients on the development and implementation of efficient and effective workflows for data mining and capture related to data exfiltration. • Perform data mining processes and report detailed, accurate results to customers. • Coordinate case closure and data destruction for completed engagements. • Learn and become an expert in constantly evolving advanced eDiscovery/Cyber Incident Response technologies.

Requirements

• Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in eDiscovery Project Management (or equivalent) • Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience working with Relativity as a Project Manager • Candidates must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience leading conference calls and meetings with colleagues and clients • Knowledge of the eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM) • Candidates must be able to manage an active and fluctuating caseload • Ideal candidates will have experience in Canopy or other advanced eDiscovery/Cyber tools, such as Technology Assisted Review • Ideal candidates will have previous experience in Cyber Incident Response • Ideal candidates will have a desire to go above and beyond client expectations • A proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to anticipate client needs
