Description

• Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer-centered value delivery and corporate growth objectives. • Represent the customer within the product management and development process • Deliver Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) in the form of stories and epics with prioritized features and corresponding justifications • Coordinate all product feature development efforts with marketing and engineering departments to ensure successful delivery of features per the PRD • Work with executive leadership and stakeholders to maintain alignment of corporate strategies to product deliveries • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples • Facilitate methods and document findings from customer feedback on the product to use in future PRDs and feature set maintenance and delivery • Be an expert with respect to the competition • Work with clients and coworkers to improve policies, processes, tools, and resources • Assist in finding, training and transitioning to an in-house Product Manager to facilitate future growth

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience as a Product Manager in Agile/Scrum process-oriented environments. • Demonstrated success defining and launching 5 or more products to market • Good design sense • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Technical background with proficiency in product development tools and techniques • Excellent teamwork skills • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • Excels in a hybrid working environment • Product portfolio examples and at least three samples of an effective PRD delivered in the past
