Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • At least five years of experience in technology-powered product roles • Experienced with product-market fit and go-to-market strategy. • Demonstrated success in launching B2B, B2C, and/or B2B2C products or services. • Adept in high-growth environments where it’s commonplace to adapt to changing scenarios, time tight frames, and uncertainty • Proven success leading and fostering constructive and collaborative relationships with engineers, designers, and stakeholders • Advanced understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques • Ability to contribute across multiple business functions – such as design to engineering and marketing • Strong problem-solving with the capacity to make informed, risk-assessed decisions • Detail-orientation, with an keen ability manage multiple projects simultaneously • Persistence to help the team meet goals successfully • Empathy and a willingness to help others across the company
