β€’ Engage with construction professionals through phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to solve them β€’ Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.Deliver weekly an accurate monthly & quarterly forecast of business β€’ Manage accounts through entire sales process; business development, prospecting, and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support β€’ Develop and execute prospecting plans for territory development to establish rapport, build relationships, and create opportunities β€’ Network and research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements β€’ Create and deliver engaging remote software demonstrations to identify and establish sales opportunities and drive revenue β€’ Develop a strong understanding of Clearstory's solution offering, acting as a subject matter expert of its value proposition, and becoming knowledgeable of competitive offerings

Requirements

β€’ High energy, driven, team player β€’ 5+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B, selling to all levels of an account β€’ A results-driven and a consistent track record of exceeding quota β€’ Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired β€’ Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting β€’ Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers β€’ Entrepreneurial and thrive in a fast-paced,dynamic environment β€’ Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) β€’ BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred β€’ Ability to develop trusted relationships β€’ Experience working in the Commercial Construction Industry is a great benefit
