• About Cleerly: healthcare company revolutionizing heart disease diagnosis and treatment, founded by leading cardiologists. • Create the future of precision heart care by being Solutions Architect and supporting critical initiatives. • Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support for sales, implementation, and customers. • Demonstrate technical leadership and support client stakeholders in designing solutions. • Work with customers hands-on, advising them on technical challenges and implementation best practices. • Cultivate strong relationships with account teams and customers. • Understand competitive technologies and work with cross-functional teams to improve products and implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role. • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience. • Outstanding skills presenting to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu or using presentations and demos. • Experience tailoring software solutions to customers; proven skills identifying key stakeholders, winning value propositions, and compelling events. • Strong background in all aspects of systems & environments integration including network engineering, hardware virtualization configuration and cloud platform architecture. • Extensive knowledge of and experience with healthcare information systems technology. • Working knowledge of medical imaging, DICOM & HL7 protocols. • Ability and flexibility to attend frequent customer calls, and occasional travel to work with customers on-site. • Being able to work autonomously as well as part of a cross-functional team. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly curious and willing to stretch, learn, develop, and be uncomfortable.
