• Respond promptly to inbound leads via email, phone, and other communication channels • Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs • Explain technical details of the product suite clearly • Support in scheduling product demos and meetings for the sales team • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system • Collaborate with senior team members to optimize lead conversion strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely • Proactive and self-driven with a strong desire to learn and grow • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively
