β€’ We are seeking multiple motivated and results-driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our remote team in the Staffing and Recruiting Industry. β€’ The ideal candidates are proactive self-starters with excellent communication skills and a passion for building client relationships. β€’ Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, develop leads, and initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and social media. β€’ Client Outreach: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their staffing needs and present tailored solutions. β€’ Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking all client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. β€’ Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities, providing insights to the sales and marketing teams. β€’ Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to successful placement. β€’ Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. β€’ Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. β€’ Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams to improve service offerings.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the staffing and recruiting industry. β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. β€’ Excellent organizational and time management skills. β€’ Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. β€’ Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed. β€’ Familiarity with the staffing and recruiting industry is a plus.
