• Bachelor’s degree +6 years of relevant experience with emphasis in negotiation, strategic partnerships and client relationship management, and business development in the payments industry. • Stakeholder management in a matrix organization is a must (internal and external). • Mandatory experience in the payment industry, with a proven track record of developing sales pipelines and exceeding sales targeting on digital payments (E-commerce, checkout, app, etc). • Experience with ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach. • Proficiency in negotiation, business development, client relationship management, consulting services, and project management are required. • Self-driven and motivated with demonstrated analytical, negotiation and business development skills.
