β’ Lead and grow our sales team. β’ Coach and train the team from prospecting (lead generation) to scheduling qualified meetings (outbound). β’ Develop scalable processes to ensure consistent success. β’ Play a key role in achieving sales targets, enhancing team performance, and driving process improvements. β’ Report directly to our Co-CEO. β’ Stay informed about solution, value propositions, and customer base to align sales efforts effectively. β’ Develop and drive team objectives, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals. β’ Provide coaching and training to Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Lead Development Representatives (LDRs). β’ Implement and refine processes to ensure CRM hygiene and maximize sales efficiency. β’ Build reports/dashboards to oversee sales activities and performance metrics in the CRM. β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to share insights and improve strategies.
β’ Professional English and strong communication skills (written and verbal) β’ Cold emailing, social selling, and cold-calling experience are crucial β’ 3+ years of top-of-funnel (outbound) sales experience β’ General knowledge of domain setup β’ Resourceful - when new problems arise that we haven't come across before, you won't let the roadblock stop you from finding a solution β’ Scrappy and fast - ability to create your own ad-hoc training as needed and create resources for the team as needed β’ Analytical - you use data to back up your statements frequently and understand what it means to be data-driven β’ Strong business acumen - you understand things quickly and well β’ Able to handle multiple priorities and time pressure β’ Eager to build hype around our solution (productivity) and social mission (gender equality)
