Description

• Responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with channel partners • Grow CloudBees’ business through indirect sales, working closely with partners • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with business strategy • Train and enable partners on CloudBees solutions, positioning, and sales process • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external channel partners to achieve sales targets • Provide ongoing support to partners, ensuring they have necessary resources • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth • Monitor partner performance against sales targets and provide feedback for improvement • Ensure a high level of partner satisfaction to drive loyalty and long-term business growth • Collaborate with product and technical teams to provide feedback for product improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably within the software or cloud technology industry • Proven track record of managing successful partner relationships and driving revenue growth through indirect sales • Strong understanding of channel sales strategies, partner ecosystems, and indirect sales models • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in sales and revenue reporting • Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, or experience in the CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) space, is a plus • Strategic thinking and planning • Results-driven and performance-oriented • Collaborative team player • Strong leadership and influence skills • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to adapt to evolving market trends
