• Lead and continuously improve the sales engineering team • Provide day to day work assignments, oversight, guidance, and direction • Support sales leaders and build professional relationships • Connect with customers and showcase product capabilities • Measure team performance and report effectiveness to the organization • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and understand their business pain

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in people management is required • Ideally 5+ years of experience in DevOps, including hands-on experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery / Feature Flagging / Compliance • Ideally 10+ years of technical PreSales experience, supporting sales management and sales people in quota-based roles • Familiarity with software development, delivery, or operations • Experience with consultative, value-based sales methods, and qualification frameworks is highly desirable • Knowing Jenkins is a significant plus
