• CloudBees is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global HR team. • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders to understand the needs and requirements of each role. • Build and Maintain Talent Pipelines to identify and attract top-tier talent. • Coordinate and conduct thorough screenings to assess the skills needed. • Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives. • Ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experiences. • Collaborate with HRBPs, Total Rewards, FP&A, HR Operations, and other teams. • Use data to inform leaders about market insights and drive recruitment strategy.
Requirements
• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. • Proven experience hiring a variety of roles in the SaaS industry. • DevOps and/or DevTooling experience is a plus. • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, market trends, and industry benchmarks. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels. • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment. • Strong time management skills. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
