• Counterpart is transforming healthcare with innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. • As Director of Analytics, you will manage an analytics team to drive impact for users and patients. • Focus on identifying and enhancing analytics data platform for users and business. • Collaborate with technology leadership to establish product OKRs and guide analytics initiatives. • Accountable for analytics that drive understanding and data-informed decisions for improved outcomes. • Monitor data quality issues to ensure integrity of analytics data.

Requirements

• You have minimum of 8+ years experience. • You have at least 4+ years experience working with healthcare data such as FHIR, claims, or EHR data. • You are an expert in driving efficacy analyses, both via A/B testing and where A/B testing is not viable. • You have experience being part of an empowered product organization. • You are an expert with SQL and data analytics, and have an understanding of machine learning approaches.
