β€’ Handling inbound policyholder calls by using over twenty different systems. β€’ Guiding the policyholder through the claims submission process and assessing benefit eligibility. β€’ Researching policyholder inquires and responding within specified timeframes. β€’ Providing consistent detailed customer service support on multiple product lines. β€’ Handling complex customer situations involving multiple departments. β€’ Performing necessary research and working cross-functionally to escalate and resolve problems. β€’ Interacting with management, policyholders, and other internal departments on all customer service-related issues. β€’ Guiding new staff and answering questions regarding established procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma, GED, or 2 years of relevant experience as equivalent β€’ College degree β€’ 1 year of inbound and outbound customer service experience β€’ Willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours
