β€’ Responsible for maximizing user engagement with Sales Enablement Tools β€’ Supports CRM users by optimizing processes and managing data β€’ Acts as primary representative of the CRM tool for Optavise β€’ Train and advocate at all levels of the OCA hierarchy β€’ Serve as main liaison between OCA and integration partners β€’ Recommend CRM best practices to optimize ROI β€’ Ensure data quality within CRM β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders to promote growth β€’ Help define roadmap in conjunction with SaaS product roadmap

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field of study or equivalent 8 years of experience β€’ 5 years of related work experience, including SaaS administrator/product owner/management or other insurance operations industry experience.
