• A Sales Account Executive with 3+ years’ experience within sales, with experience managing and closing complex deals • Previous experience working within the HR Tech / L&D sector, bonus • You love to work at speed, and enjoy the challenges of high expectations. • A personal approach, with the ability to tell a story as well sell with data. • Experience in selling a SaaS platform, and experience • An excellent strategic, curious and creative thinker with a proven track record. • Able to demonstrate a methodology to prospect and build pipeline on your own • Determined, motivated, articulate, and diplomatic with excellent communication skills. • Ability to adapt to changing landscapes, circumstances and initiatives. • Enjoys collaborating in a team environment - is personable and fun to work with! • A willingness to travel within IBERIA/LATAM and EMEA for client and team meetings (up to 20%) • You are located in or near Barcelona, Spain *Must speak Native Level Spanish and Professional English
