• Coastal Community Bank is a leader in Banking and Fintech strategies. • The Compliance Officer III- Advisory supports assigned Bank Business Lines and/or BaaS FinTech Partners. • Responsible for overseeing and enhancing the compliance management system. • Help oversee the Compliance Program and provide strategic compliance advice. • Support development and enhancement of compliance processes and technology. • Monitor execution of compliance frameworks and lead implementation of changes. • Maintain knowledge of state and federal banking laws and regulations. • Analyze complaints and oversee issue management for Bank Business Lines. • Lead compliance risk assessments for new product or service offerings. • Support compliance policy development ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Requirements
• Extensive knowledge of financial services, BaaS, deposit, lending, and privacy compliance laws and regulations. • Ability to build rapport and develop strong internal and external partnerships. • Ability to succinctly and effectively present information and respond to questions. • Demonstrated decision-making skill under demanding situations while dealing with complex issues. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and abilities with attention to detail and accuracy. • Capacity to multitask while maintaining focus on critical deliverables. • Proven ability to prepare documents and compose compliance program documents. • Strong organization, time management and project management skills. • Ability to work independently and with a team. • Experience in attracting, developing, and retaining key talent. • Ability to research and interpret data from various sources. • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. • Dedication to integrity, producing high-quality results, and meeting deadlines.
