Description

• Coastal Community Bank is a leader in Banking with strong financial infrastructure. • The Project Manager III is responsible for overseeing complex, high-impact projects for CCBX. • This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Manage the project's entire lifecycle from initiation to completion. • Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring the team is organized and focused. • Act as a central point of contact and communication between all stakeholders. • Track and report on project performance for completion of goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in banking, fintech or SaaS based technology company. • Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification and/or Lean/Six Sigma Belt preferred. • Strong understanding and experience with multiple project management principles and methodologies. • Experience with Agile methods preferred. • Extensive experience with project management software, tools and best practices. • Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully.
