• As Coconut’s Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in driving Coconut Software’s growth by developing and managing strategic partnerships. • In this role, you will nurture relationships within our existing partner network, identify new opportunities that align with business goals, and generate leads through partner channels. • Success will depend on your ability to build long-term, value-driven partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally to execute partnership initiatives effectively. • This position reports to the Director of Revenue Operations. • If you're a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for building impactful partnerships, we encourage you to apply and join our team!
• 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field is a requirement • Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth • Strong understanding of revenue operations, sales processes, and cross-functional collaboration • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders • Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and track partnership performance • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment • Experience in Financial Industry is a bonus
