β€’ As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that drive value for TapMango and our clients. β€’ You will work closely with fintech, SaaS, and other technology partners to create mutually beneficial relationships that enhance our offering and expand our reach. β€’ Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to drive growth and achieve company objectives. β€’ Identify and establish partnerships with fintech, SaaS, and technology companies that serve retail and restaurant businesses. β€’ Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize performance and collaboration. β€’ Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnerships. β€’ Understand and communicate technical integration requirements to both internal and external stakeholders. β€’ Track and analyze partnership performance, optimizing strategies to achieve business goals. β€’ Represent TapMango at industry events, conferences, and meetings (approximately 10% travel required).

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Experience: 3+ years in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances within fintech or SaaS. β€’ Industry Knowledge: Experience working with B2B companies in the retail or restaurant space is a strong asset. β€’ Track Record: Demonstrated success in establishing and growing partnerships that drive revenue and business growth. β€’ Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and discuss integrations and technology solutions with partners. β€’ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. β€’ Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to create win-win partnership opportunities.
