β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. β’ 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. β’ Demonstrated success in partnership sales, business development, or related roles. β’ Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a talent for creating win-win partnerships. β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the power to build rapport and influence external stakeholders. β’ Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. β’ Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed targets. β’ Proactive and adaptable, with a keen willingness to embrace challenges and drive innovation. β’ Experience in the business development industry is a plus.
