β€’ Are you a tech-savvy sales professional with a solid grasp of modern web SaaS? β€’ As a Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our company's growth. β€’ Identify and engage potential partners, including strategic alliances, industry associations, resellers, and distributors. β€’ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. β€’ Craft and execute a comprehensive partnership sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive market expansion. β€’ Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and serve as the primary contact. β€’ Plan and execute joint marketing activities to promote shared goals. β€’ Monitor and report performance and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. β€’ 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. β€’ Demonstrated success in partnership sales, business development, or related roles. β€’ Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a talent for creating win-win partnerships. β€’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the power to build rapport and influence external stakeholders. β€’ Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. β€’ Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed targets. β€’ Proactive and adaptable, with a keen willingness to embrace challenges and drive innovation. β€’ Experience in the business development industry is a plus.
