📋 Description

• CodePath is reprogramming higher education to create the most diverse generation of engineers, CTOs, and founders. • With 30,000 students and alumni from 700 colleges now working at 2,000 companies, we are reshaping the tech workforce and the industries of the future. • This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, refine, and scale operational systems that enable CodePath to expand its reach to 100,000 students annually—ensuring they receive a seamless, high-quality learning experience. • You will oversee and provide strategic direction for an international support team based in the Philippines, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones and maximizing efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in complex program operations, including managing teams and systems • Experience not only building, but reshaping existing systems using Zendesk, Asana, Airtable, Notion, gSuite and similar platforms • Track record in expert-level optimization of processes and systems to improve efficiency and scalability • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build alignment with diverse stakeholders • Experience in operational leadership during periods of organizational and product growth and transformation • Empathy for students, with a clear vision for improving the learning experience and supporting their success in both large (10,000+) and small scale learning (30-300+) environments • Ability to effectively manage, coach, and directly engage teams in alternate timezones including Philippines (GMT+8), and strategize live daily with senior leadership in US (GMT -8) • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Tools and Tech: • Experience not only building, but reshaping existing systems using Zendesk, Asana, Airtable, Notion, gSuite and similar platforms • Experience optimizing high-engagement, learner-centered Slack Workspaces with up to 20K active users • Have enthusiasm for and belief in our mission and vision
