Description

• CodePath is a national non-profit reprogramming higher education to create diverse software engineers, CTOs, and founders. • The role focuses on driving student enrollment, engagement, and long-term involvement in CodePath’s E3 Program. • They will lead all community engagement efforts, including outreach, marketing, and event planning. • The candidate will collaborate closely with university stakeholders, student leaders, and industry partners.

Requirements

• Track record in student recruitment, community engagement, or a related field • Ability to identify challenges in student engagement and retention and develop proactive solutions to address them • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage key stakeholders • Familiarity with productivity and communication tools such as Hubspot, Airtable, Google Docs, or Discord • This is a remote position; however, residing in Charlotte, NC is required, as the role involves regular visits to local universities and engagement with students in the area
