Description

• Coforma is looking for a thoughtful and dedicated business development professional to join our growing Business Development team as the Business Development Manager, Healthcare. • Reporting to the VP of Business Development and Partnerships, the Business Development Manager will focus on Coforma's Healthcare portfolio. • You will implement Coforma’s growth strategy within the healthcare focus area. • You will build relationships and understanding within and across project teams, partners, and stakeholders. • In this role, you’ll be critical in executing the overall business strategy and account planning to support Coforma’s strategic business development (BD) goals within our healthcare focus area. • Coforma’s healthcare focus is to improve healthcare and access to healthcare services for all citizens through people, processes, and technology. • Working with Coforma’s Account Directors, you’ll co-develop customer insights and map the healthcare ecosystem of customer needs in the federal, state, commercial, and non-profit sectors. • The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter, passionate about healthcare, and has experience with business development lifecycles, proposal management, and building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and business partners. • As part of our growing business development team, you’ll play a key role in educating our teams and stakeholders, facilitating aligned opportunities, and selling diverse services that positively impact people’s access to healthcare services. • Your expertise in aligning stakeholders, seeing proposals through to successful awards, and operating in a dynamic environment will launch your success at Coforma.

Requirements

• 3+ years of business development experience across marketing, digital services, or design within a studio context • 2+ years of experience working on a remote team or remote freelancing • Able to complete a background check successfully • Able to travel to meet client and business requirements as needed • Excellent client relationship skills at the senior management level • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to tailor verbal and written communication to a diverse range of stakeholders
