Description

• Cogent Biosciences develops solutions for genetically driven diseases. • This role will assist in developing Cogent’s supply chain strategy for its first product.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry • Experience in transitioning supply chain functions from clinical stage to commercial launch in a biopharmaceutical company is strongly preferred. • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, including demand planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management. • Experience with supplier and vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with external vendors. • Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. • Able to work in a fast pace, dynamic environment • Solid oral dosage experience is preferred
