Description

• As the Sales Director, take ownership of all sales and customer-focused activities. • Lead in hitting quarterly and annual revenue targets, ensuring team’s performance alignment. • Hire, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent, fostering high-performance culture. • Collaborate closely with channel organization and partners to close large-scale deals. • Build and maintain robust funnel, ensuring steady flow of new business opportunities. • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing escalations and driving product adoption.

Requirements

• Sales Leadership: 5-7 years of proven experience in leading high-performing sales teams and consistently achieving revenue goals. • Enterprise Sales: Successful track record in selling to Fortune 1000 companies, with a strong understanding of large-scale business environments. • Talent Development: Passion for turning good salespeople into great ones and driving already high achievers to exceed their previous success. • Executive Presence: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and drive executive sponsorship. • Strategic Vision: A forward-thinking mindset, capable of developing and executing sales strategies that align with leadership goals. • Customer Focus: Expertise in managing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving product adoption while handling escalations effectively. • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS is essential; knowledge of CCaaS and/or CAI is highly desirable.
