Description
• Develop and review test policies and strategies. • Plan and execute test activities. • Write and update test plans. • Coordinate with project stakeholders. • Share testing insights with project teams. • Initiate and monitor testing activities. • Prepare and deliver test progress and summary reports. • Support defect management and configuration management. • Introduce metrics for measuring test progress. • Select and implement testing tools. • Manage test environments. • Promote the test team and best practices. • Conduct meetings with QA Test Leaders and QA Management. • Follow QA Test Strategy. • Ensure adherence to QA Test practices. • Report working hours.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a Computer Science Diploma • ISTQB Foundation Level certification and Agile Tester: Essential. • 5+ years of relevant work experience in software testing • 3+ years working within Agile Frameworks. • Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken)
