🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on development experience with developing and architecting large-scale, distributed, high-traffic platforms and implementing scalable, robust services and applications in the real world. • 4+ years of people management experience leading a team of 5 or more full time employees. • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across various teams within a large organization. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong agile mindset, able to orchestrate technical resources in a resource challenged environment. • You know what high quality code and software engineering processes look like and know how to foster an environment that creates them. • Passionate about high-quality code and effective software engineering processes, landing changes to improve them. • You can be hands-on when needed – whether that’s writing/reviewing code or technical documents, participating in on-call rotations and leading incidents, or triaging/troubleshooting bugs. • An execution-focused mindset, capable of navigating through ambiguity and delivering results.
