Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks. • At least 2 years of engineering management experience. • Excellent understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices. • Strong understanding of high-quality code and effective software engineering processes. • Experience managing senior stakeholders and working with cross-functional partners. • Execution-focused mindset, capable of navigating through ambiguity. • Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term planning. • Hands-on when needed, including writing/reviewing code. • Positive, can-do attitude focused on team success. • Passion for building an open financial system.
