📋 Description

• Support the development of the annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes, including variance analysis and trend identification. • Review month-end close activities in collaboration with the Accounting team and be a subject matter expert for the Trust & Risk and Platform Teams at Coinbase. • Support in creating business review materials and presentations with functional leadership. • Support in developing tools and resources to drive insights related to budget allocation, attribution analysis and financial reporting which will guide decision making. • Work cross-functionally with key partners on P&L forecasting, headcount management and ad hoc analysis. • Support in developing impactful, compelling presentation materials (decks, notes, write-ups, backup materials, etc.) that effectively communicates financial projections, drivers, business performance, risks and opportunities to leadership. • Support with ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested by senior management.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant Financial Analyst experience in FP&A in a fast paced environment, investment banking, or similar. • BA/BS degree or equivalent. • Demonstrated success delivering process improvements working with multiple stakeholders. • Ability to summarize the key details of a complex topic for an executive audience. • The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and can-do attitude.
