Description

• The HR Business Partner will support functional teams in executing people programs at scale. • Provide proactive guidance and counsel to improve employee experience. • Work closely with leaders on engagement, org health, and performance management. • Spearhead people programs and strategies enhancing company culture. • Analyze trends and use data to influence organizational growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience as a chief of staff, consultant, or HR professional. • Solid mindset and ability to create, improve, and execute on people processes and programs with efficient execution. • Proven stakeholder management skills with capability to navigate nuanced and elevated situations with poise and good judgment - separating signal from noise. • Data driven decision making experience or examples of analytical thinking patterns. • Demonstrated skills in clear communication and escalation methods. • Comfortability with stepping into feedback conversations throughout all levels of the organization. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities. • Motivation to problem solve in an ambiguous environment. • Reputation for integrity, confidentiality, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership & accountability.
