Examples include: business development, corporate development, new market expansion, go-to-market strategy and partnerships •Experience in crypto with a longstanding passion for the space •Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills, including navigating complex organizational dynamics to deliver cross-team results •Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem solving skills and proven experience using data to identify actionable insights resulting in better product outcomes •Proven ability to mentor and motivate high-performing global teams •Entrepreneurial mindset and experience succeeding in fast-paced environments (e.g. you can run through walls) •Track record managing diverse international ecosystem growth while balancing customer needs •Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and leading high-performing teams
