Description

• Leading the UX Research function for our Consumer Growth org • Coordinate and conduct mixed-methods research • Craft research reports to clearly communicate findings • Help stakeholders translate research insights into actionable ideas • Synthesize qualitative research insights with data and analytics

Requirements

• 7+ years of user research experience, preferably with some experience in a lead role • Experience supporting growth, monetization, ads/marketing, or other KPI-driven top-of-funnel teams • Strong metrics focus, fluent in quantitative data and experimentation • Confident team leadership and patient guidance to a range of stakeholder levels • Easily communicates complex concepts, with ability to influence strategy and decision making • Can successfully manage project prioritization and multiple stakeholder relationships independently • Experience with both moderated & unmoderated testing • Collaborative attitude, team mentality, and humility • A learner’s mindset, seeing feedback as a chance to grow • Interest in crypto or financial products • Nice to haves: User of Coinbase or crypto products • Quantitative research background/skills • Experience mentoring more junior researchers
